How can i check my ESTA status or review my application?
You haven't received a response to your ESTA application after 72 hours, or you already hold a valid visa and would like to print it out again for your next trip to the USA?
In fact, there are various situations where you want to check the status of your ESTA approval. For example shortly after having completed the form, or before your next trip to the US. In order to avoid a nasty surprise at the airport, every traveller should check in time whether the electronic travel authorisation is still valid or not. If you do not have a valid visa, boarding will be denied and you will not be able to travel.
Shortly after your application
Once you have completed the ESTA Visa application, it can sometimes take up to 72 hours for it to be approved. Many people get nervous if they don't get an answer immediately after filling out the form. In this case, it is advisable to wait for the processing time before requesting your status. The following reasons may apply if you have not received an ESTA from us within this period of time:
Your application is still being processed - no decision has been made by the US authorities yet.
Your email address was entered incorrectly - our email could not be delivered correctly
You have not submitted the request on our service portal - there are several providers, some do not send confirmation emails to the customer.
If you have completed the form on our service portal, please contact us (by email or by phone). We will check the status of your order and send you the approval by email.
ESTA status check before re-entering the USA:
If you have already had an approved entry permit within the last 2 years and now wish to return to the States, we recommend you to check the status of your permit again. It may happen that the US authorities subsequently invalidate already approved visas, so check the validity of your electronic entry permit before each new trip.

If the ESTA check is successful, we will send you your ESTA approval by email. If the ESTA has already expired or the status query was not successful, we will of course send you a notification by email.
