Important Notice: EB-4 Visas for FY 2024
The Department of State and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services regret to announce that all available Employment-Based Fourth Preference (EB-4) visas for fiscal year (FY) 2024 have been issued. This includes visas for religious workers, special immigrant juveniles, and other qualified individuals.
This is due to the annual limit on employment-based preference immigrant visas set by the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). Consequently, embassies and consulates cannot issue further EB-4 visas until the start of FY 2025 on October 1, 2024.
We understand this news may be disappointing to applicants. The annual limits will reset on October 1, 2024, and visa issuance will resume at that time. Thank you for your understanding.
