The US Embassy in Zagreb was established in 1992, the year of Croatian independence. The current Ambassador, Mark Fleming, heads the diplomatic mission, which focuses on strengthening bilateral relations between the US and Croatia. The Embassy provides comprehensive services, including consular assistance to U.S. citizens and visa services for Croatian citizens and other foreign nationals travelling to the United States.
